” … Tajwid is imperative and necessary, whoever ignores Tajwid is a sinner. Because with (Tajwid) our Lord revealed (The Qur’an) and (it) reached us with mass transmission. And He commanded with it great certainty: “Recite the Qur’an with Tartil” meaning: Tajwid And know that with it comes Wuquf & Ibtida, and that we learn in the teachings of Ali, may Allah be pleased. And it will certainly adorn the reciter with goodness and will protect the tongue from mistakes. “
